Shipping, Return and Tracking package


- Delivery times and costs -
Delivery charges are automatically calculated on the site and the customer is informed of the amount before confirming his order.

All our products are delivered between 15 to 30 business days.

We offer two modes of delivery to receive the products purchased on our site. You can choose the one that best meets your expectations.

2) Standard delivery
Free service on all your orders.
Free delivery shipped within 15 to 30 working days.

Please note:

We will not be able to change the delivery address of orders following their confirmations.
If nobody is present to receive the delivery of the products at the specified delivery address, the deliverer will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox.
The ownership and risks associated with the loss of your products will be transferred to you when you take possession of them.

Return - right of withdrawal and refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In some situations, only partial refunds are available:

Jewelry and designer clothing
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, in the context of a purchase made online on the site, the customer has a period of 14 days from the reception of the products to exercise, from KnifeMarkt, his right of return, without having to justify the reasons or pay a penalty. If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

In the case of an order containing several products, this 14-day period runs from the purchase of the last product.

In case of an exercise of the right of return within the above-mentioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, the return costs being at the customer's expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns must be made in their complete original condition and in the same packaging as used in the shipment that allowed them to be marketed.

Returns must also be accompanied by a proof of purchase and a copy of the invoice or purchase delivery note for optimal management.

In accordance with the regulations in force (article L221-28 of the consumer code), the right of return cannot be exercised for:

Audio, video or computer software recordings unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
A supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for contracts for subscriptions to such publications.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts ffor reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
The customer exercises his right of return directly to KnifeMarkt using the "contact" form provided on the site, or by sending an email to:

Once the return declaration is approved, the customer must return a tracking number and the products to KnifeMarkt within a reasonable period of time.

KnifeMarkt will proceed to the refund of the amounts within 5 working days.


Parcel lost or never arrived :

Regarding the refund for a package not received, you have up to 70 days to report it so that we find a solution together because beyond these 70 days orders are automatically closed by our services because we can not accumulate orders too long in our files.


 - Parcel Tracking -

Do you want to track the shipment of your package? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The shipment of the package is made within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Depending on the products ordered, it can take up to 5 working days for the email to be sent. Once you have received the email, simply follow the steps below to track the delivery of your order.

Information to keep in mind :
Package tracking is not updated instantaneously, it may take several days to synchronise. If the tracking number you entered indicates that it is currently unavailable, don't worry - your order has been shipped and is in transit to the local post office. The tracking should be updated within a few days.

As a reminder: Depending on the destination, the order may take anywhere between 9 to 14 business days to be delivered. On average, after a 48-hour shipment, deliveries are shipped within 14 business days.
