- Order and shipping
The processing of your orders, manufacturing and delivery (free of charge) take 9 to 14 business days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality and freshness of the roses.
A tracking number is automatically issued when your package is shipped. Visit our "Parcel Tracking" page with this number.
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum purchase quantity and all our deliveries are free of charge. In order to satisfy the entirety of the orders, we deliver from several warehouses all over the world.
If your order contains several items, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses, they may be sent separately. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
With our secure delivery service, KnifeMarkt takes care of the formalities for you. We assume full responsibility for a lost or damaged package, by placing a new order at our expense.
- Cancellation and return
It is possible to modify your order while it is being processed. Once you have received a tracking number and a shipping confirmation, the order is then handed over to our delivery service provider and we no longer have the ability to change it.
It is entirely possible to cancel your order. However, if the order is already being processed, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

We are only able to accept a return in the case of a proven product defect. Our articles undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment.
